Return Policy
At Sidedish, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know, and we will strive to resolve the issue. Should you wish to return or cancel an order, or if your items are faulty or incorrect, kindly email us at info@sidedishprojects.com.
Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving your item.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us with your order number, and the reason for your return, including photos of any damage.
- If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for obtaining the return address label and where to send your order.
- Repack the item in its original packaging. Please ensure the item(s) are in the condition you received them.
- Notify us once you have shipped the item
Upon receiving your returned order, we will either replace the item or issue a refund. All refunds are processed within 30 days.
Unfortunately, customised or limited edition items are not eligible for cancellation or return.
